The premium cacao beans for the Trailblazer roast are farmed in the foothills of the Andes mountains and forests of the Peruvian Amazon by cooperatives of cacao farmers. The cacao beans are of the Criollo variety known for their exquisite flavour.
Expect rich, dark chocolate flavour notes.

What is Cacao Brew?

Brews in your cafetière just like coffee. The grounds which are left in your cafetière after brewing can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container and enjoyed over the next few days in a variety of recipes where you would usually use cacao nibs or chocolate chips - add to porridge, banana bread, cakes and so much more!
Just add boiling water to your cacao!
